Our visit resulted in a very disappointing customer service experience for my family! While in Lincoln visiting from out of town, we discovered Engine House Cafe. We thought our son would enjoy an old firehouse and the decor. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and 15 minutes once we were finally seated. After seating us, our waitress never returned to our table to take our drink order or our food order. It was lunchtime and the staff was moving at a snail’s pace. This cafe has really good breakfast! I stopped in today and got a 1/2 order of the Veggie Benedict to go and it was amazing and fair prices! Will definitely be going back when visiting Lincoln! Highly recommend.
