Doing business in my neighborhood. This property is near Historic West Adams District Los Angeles, CA. Engel & Völkers has Real Estate Agents who are familiar with my neighborhood and yours from Beverly Hills to...well...my neighborhood. This property has an ADU and it's a corner lot. Close to East of Normandie. If you live in the neighborhood POOL OUR MONEY AND BUY THIS or else someone who lives in the Valley, in Santa Barbara or another distant place will buy it. What do you think?
Was very disappointed in our 30 day rental in Aspen. We never saw the agent Jackie Carr--and were way overcharged for cleaning/damage. We had vaccummed, ran the dishwasher and washed sheets. We kept track of the time the cleaners were there. We have reported the cleaning company to a friend with ICE in Denver--Thank you for looking into this.
