Lynne Andrews refuses to remove our home from Christie’s International Real Estate Emerald Coast website despite having no contract on our home for the last ten months. Repeated requests have been made to her and her office to remove our home listing from their website and the MLS. The use of our listing in this manner is highly unethical and does not conform with NAR Code of Ethics. Do not recommend.

I would recommend seeking realtors who prioritize a more personalized approach rather than one that feels purely transactional. Unfortunately, we deeply regretted choosing Michael and Tyler, as the level of care and support we received, particularly as we approached closing, fell short of expectations. Last summer my wife and myself made the decision to put our Beachhouse on the market. We signed a 6 month contract with a realtor but had very little interest in the property. Even though the market had scaled back some we felt that our realtor was not doing enough, primarily because of her lack of knowledge and experience. I had the pleasure of working with Julie Smith back in February. She is so kind and accommodating and really listens to her clients. Julie knows Santa Rosa Beach and the surrounding areas very well! Having a realtor that knows an area you are interested in as well as she does truly benefits you the client. Being someone that isn’t from that area I would not have found all of the wonderful homes she took me to. Thank you Julie!
