Last summer my wife and myself made the decision to put our Beachhouse on the market. We signed a 6 month contract with a realtor but had very little interest in the property. Even though the market had scaled back some we felt that our realtor was not doing enough, primarily because of her lack of knowledge and experience. I had the pleasure of working with Julie Smith back in February. She is so kind and accommodating and really listens to her clients. Julie knows Santa Rosa Beach and the surrounding areas very well! Having a realtor that knows an area you are interested in as well as she does truly benefits you the client. As an employee, this is a very professional company with top notched advisors and brokers. For clients I would highly recommend this company. For other real estate advisors, this company is amazing to work for. They have so many different things you can offer your clients. They are up to date with all the things going on around the areas.
