Engel Chiropractic have helped me with chronic low back issues...They have helped me to keep teaching and playing tennis...:)
From a person who does not get seriously hurt, I have got into neck and back troubles twice over the last couple years. I try to work thru for a few months, but finally am forced to give in. Within a few visits to Mark, I am almost normal. Not long after this - I am back to perfect (at least structurally). Advice - follow up with the exercises/advice he gives - you'll be much better off.
