RBTs are amazing loving and caring. BCBAs lack compassion. Don’t except them to treat your child as a human being. She/He will only be a subject whose behaviors goes on graphs. Their high employee turnover is pretty scary. Teacher replacement is always lengthy. Clinic is small so expect at least a year wait.
They have helped our son in many says. Great staff. Very friendly.
Not happy with this company since we were left hanging after talking back and forth with Abby through emails to get my special needs daughter set up for potty training services in our home. She kept saying they were waiting on staff to become available, as per our last email back in 2017. Nothing ever came through for us and I have tried to reach out to Abby several times after she assured me we were going to be able to schedule something soon.
