Got a builder gel set here and ended up with a painful finger infection. The tools didn’t seem properly sanitized and the cuticle work was way too aggressive. Within a day, my finger was swollen throbbing and oozing. Really disappointing and honestly concerning—basic hygiene should not be an issue.
Not my go to for a manicure but absolutely love their pedicures!!! Always super long lasting and the way they care for your nails and cuticles is superior to any other salon in Austin.
HORRIBLE. Save yourself the time, energy and mental state. After coming multiple times, and each time being asked if I was new and what I needed, being sat in a chair, only then asked to come back in 30 minutes to an hour. This is outside of the times I have witnessed other clients express dissatisfaction and awkwardness for how they were treated. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

My holy grail for nails, I get their gel pedi and sometimes a manicure (don’t get my fingernails done too much bc of personal preference) but genuinely all of the women here are so kind and good at what they do- they are priced so well for a nail salon let alone in Austin and I’m just so happy I found this place (been going here for about 3 years now)💗💗
