I received the company's info through Duke Energy. The owner came out to the house within a couple of days to complete an assessment and provide a quote. Once I had some other work completed, I called back to schedule the appointment for removal and install, and they came out within a couple days, removed all the old insulation and blew in the new insulation. Very good communication from start to end of the installation. The crew showed up on time and knew exactly what to do and where to start. We can already feel a difference in the comfort and temperature consistency of our upstairs addition.
