This is the worst company we have EVER dealt with. Signed the contract and paid half down to have a deck with a roof installed and vinyl railings put on front porch. When they showed up to do the work they insisted that we owed the other half, even though there were no materials here and no work was started. My husband refused to pay them until they started the project. The wood deck was done fine, the roof over top was not. Agreed to install a door and measurements were done. Unfortunately, no one seems to want to schedule the actual service. I've called three times and left messages for someone to call me back, twice with a female and once on a machine. Now when I call, it just rings. I've tried four times, different times of day, different days of the week - don't even get the answering machine anymore.
Horrible experience. They dont have the knowledge or skill to competently perform the services that they advertise for. Do not hire, stay away!
Tony came out and sat personally while all the corrections were made to our ramp, siding, and front porch enclosure. We couldn't be more pleased with his service. If you have an issue with anything, talk to him and it will be taken care of promptly.

We had this company put a new roof on our house and garage and it's been a very bad experience. The garage roof which is gambrel style, was left with shingles overhanging. We were told when the days get warmer the shingles will fall into place or YOU may have to go up and tar them down. The downspout was destroyed from the main roof to the lower one by the workers dropping debris on them.The foreman said he would just bend the crimped areas out and put it back up like that. After the job was complete you stated that you wanted a roof extension with framing over the Bay window and not just to have shingles replaced. 1 Do not buy windows from this company. We bought a window from them about 5 years ago. They will not leave us alone no matter how many times you tell them you would not buy another thing from them due to telephone harassment, they still continue to call even at 8:45 at night. You can be nasty and viscious to them and it doesn’t matter. They will continue to call you on a regular basis. Our next step will be ohio’s Attorney general. They have left us no choice. We had a new roof installed in November 2017 right around Thanksgiving. They were also supposed to replace the vents on the upper half of my attic at the same time. When we asked at the time of the roof, we were told that they had to send in the siding crew to install those and would get back to us to schedule. When they finally called to schedule the installation, it was for January. That time was to measure & make sure they would have the right ladder. I had windows and doors installed at my home on the west side of Youngstown and am so pleased with them. They did a fantastic job and anytime I need anything corrected they come right away. I noticed also a big difference in my heating bills. Very pleased with them and I will definitely send family and friends their way.
