Poor communication. Paid for my tank and had a date set up, with the weather it was moved out (understandable). The next appointment date came and went yesterday, no call no show. Got a text today and they rescheduled me again without calling, for 2 weeks from now. Tried to call and text to get a sooner delivery, no response. Called the central line and they said they would put a message in for the local office to call, no call back.
I had a leak in my gas tank. I called and spoke to woman named Portia. She was extremely friendly and helpful! I called a couple times and the others I spoke to were Mary Ann, Keesha and Macy and Michelle. All were equally as friendly and helpful. Jason came out and fixed the leak and all was good! Really am glad I found Thompson gas. Thanks all! Sherry
Service has been great since I started with them a year ago. The online experience was very easy. I placed an order and within a couple days I received my propane. They actually came out on a Sunday, I wasn’t out or anything like that, but I guess they’ve been trying to stay on top of their business and it’s the busy time of year.
