Phil Esposito sold me mint spilt for my shop Sept 2023 at 6200.00. The unit never ran more than a couple days at a time. Alarm out h5 and e1. Several times they came out and added gas. Same results. Run a couple days. The new owner Paul called me a few weeks after Phil sold company. He does not work on mint spilt. He suggested bring other company in he pay for labor. He just pay half labor. NO GOOD 1 more thing they kept saying it was a broad the whole time, the unit was overcharged with freon.
