Energy Remodeling commits fraud to its customers, especially unsuspecting senior, elderly customers. Energy Remodeling sold us a solar system for $63,000 which I find now was that a neighbor with the same house got a system for $20,000 from another company. I feel we are victims of consumer fraud.
This company is a scam. My system worked properly for 3 weeks! They do not answer the phone.
HORRIBLE, DECEPTIVE BUSINESS! THEY SELL ON FALSE EXPECTATIONS AND DO NOT DELIVER ON PROMISES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Very professional. Energy Remodeling construction gave a lot of helpful information and assigned me the best price out of all the quotes. They were thoroughly knowledgeable, extremely professional and very pleasant. We recently got a solar system installed by Energy Remodeling and I couldn't be any more happier and satisfied with our decision. Their customer service is great, the team has done and continues doing a great job but what's even greater is looking at my bill and seeing the difference of how LOW it is I am paying now. I highly recommend them.
I had a really bad experience with this company, customer service is really bad, too many times I couldn't get in touch with ******** the coordinator, she would never return my calls, I would have text ***** ******** just to get in touch with her, the communication is really bad, the subcontractors they hired didn't complete each task when original started, had to call the company after each task. aweful!! DO NOT HIRE I helped an elderly couple who hired this co.and in good faith paid them prior to jobs completion. Energy Remodeling did a horrible job (the jobs that they bothered to finish) and I had to fight for them to come back & re-do the entire ceiling. I finished majority of the other jobs they started or attempted to do and my 80 year old friend & I had to clean the horrible mess left behind. Inferior work at best.
