They have a pretty good unit but be prepared to pay, $3500 to buy. The unit really lasts about 7 years and is another $2300 to fix when the water turns brown (which is the systems material dissolving in your pipes). If you have any issues and the tech comes out, the cost will be a minimum of $120 + materials. After experiencing the cost of this unit I'm on my way to Lowes for the Krystal system. Review closely and you'll see it does the same thing in-spite of the misleading advertising.
We are extremely happy with quality of our water since installing the whole house filter/softener system. The Arizona waster in Glendale was unbearably bad. Within a month our new glass shower door was coated with hard water. No more hard water issues and no more smell of the chlorine in the house. I have 2 outside taps one street water and one after filtration. I started to fill a 5 gallon bucket on high pressure and had to stop.
