I can't praise this company enough. We got in touch with energy monster via masssave. They did a very professional assessment about a month ago also replacing all light bulbs (even hard to reach ones). Today was my insulation and sealant installation and we discovered what we thought was our brand new roof leaking in one room of the house yesterday. I don't know why they feel like they don't need to contact the person who lives at the house. They just kind of show up whenever they want and expect you to be free. Not as if three people who live here all have full-time jobs.
The Energy Monster people were knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job. Insulation, air-sealing, programmable thermostats, and new light bulbs are all making a huge difference and this company was great to work with!
I referred a lot of people to energy monster, and everyone has told me the customer service is fantastic. When I buy a home I plan on going with them. Ask for Courtney Hider, she’s great!
Courtney is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the services Energy Monster provides.
