Energy Monster performed our MassSave audit, MassSave insulation work (recommended by the audit), and a 10kW Solar installation all within a 3-month time period (Nov 2018-Jan 2019). All three projects went well and we are very happy with the quality of work and all of the employees that we've dealt with. Mike Heil was very professional, knowledge and provided exceptional service. Anyone who owns a home should get in on this program. I had light bulbs, thermostats and showerheads updated with energy efficient replacements all got FREE. This equipment would have costed over $700! Had the pleasure of working with energy monster through the mass save program. First off the savings were incredible. First, new lightbulbs throughout the house as well as brand new digital thermostats for no cost. I needed some extra insulation and some other odds and ends done that quoted to $2100, I only had to pay $400. Not only were the savings incredible but the customer service was unmatched.
