I have been a customer, buying two hot tubs over the years. I've liked the spas and had no complaints. So I bought a third hot tub late Sept. 2017. After it was delivered early Oct., it immediately leaked. It is now November 21st and I haven't received a hot tub that doesn't leak. (One of the jets doesn't work now either.) Sure, they say it's out of their hands here locally-- some company policy about returns. That is unacceptable and pretty unbelievable. Where is the hot tub that works properly after all this time? Great place until your hot tub has a problem. I've bought three. Current one leaks. Some company policy prevents exchange for one that doesn't leak without waiting a long time. From October 5 to now (Nov. 21) and no clue to when the problem will be solved. The lack of any semblance of "caring" is even worse.

We bought a wood burning fireplace insert sandy was so friendly and answering all my husbands questions we took a lot of her time but we are very happy with our choice thank you sandy

I bought my spa from Kevin over a month ago. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The guys that came out to install it were very kind and helpful too. It took no time for me to be up and running! Sandy called a few days later for a follow up and to make sure all of my needs were met. Great company, I would highly recommend to anyone.

I am sad to say that the customer service from this business has truly been the worst experience we have had. They are not helpful and are condescending in the way they speak to you. 3 days to get a call back from the service department. And then a fight to actually schedule a person to come out. Once they have their money....they wipe their hands of you. We bought our stove at the fair a few years ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. Please shop around I gave these people a chance and they turned me down ! They don't care about the customers , it's all about the money for these People! I shopped around and found the same high end fire place insert $800 cheaper at fireplace plus ! If u don't believe me see for your self ! Don't recommend energy house ! There rip offs !
