Despite a difficult installation due to the location that we had picked for our spa the installers were amazing.They finished installing at 1 PM and we were able to be enjoying a glass of wine in the Jacuzzi as the sun set. Highly recommend them
Bought a gas insert in January 2017, last week I touched the face plate and the paint came off. Went to the Energy House and was told that it only has a one year warranty. Obviously there is some reason that the paint didn't stick. He told me that sometimes when they are painted there might be a spot of oil on the metal causing it not to adhere.
