From the time our home was built and our air conditioner was installed by your Company, we have had service agreements, never any problems, always came A.S.A.P. DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION, very knowledgeable, very friendly, spoke to us in layman's terms so we could understand everything. I would never think of changing from Energy Air, Inc. You know the old saying " IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT".

Sorry, I was away for the summer, but my neighbors said the cookies were great! The installation process was fantastic. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. My garage was cleaner when they left than when they got there. I have been a customer of Energy Air since 2004, and have never had a bad experience. Either I have been exceptionally lucky, or your primary focus is customer service. I suspect the latter.
