Energy Air has gone above and beyond in every aspect ! I previously had paid for a new capacitor a week prior to getting the new unit. I couldn't understand "why" I couldn't return the $84+ capacitor. I received a call the same day I submitted the original comment. Excellent customer service (Yolanda)..even though they could not resell the capacitor. I appreciated her explanation!
