Energy Air has gone above and beyond in every aspect ! I previously had paid for a new capacitor a week prior to getting the new unit. I couldn't understand "why" I couldn't return the $84+ capacitor. I received a call the same day I submitted the original comment. Excellent customer service (Yolanda)..even though they could not resell the capacitor. I appreciated her explanation! Sales person was very professional,knew his products and we beleve he cared about are business.The installers where organized and kept the work are clean and were very informative.In the past the girls in the office and the maintenace plan administrator have been excellent to deal with.

We received an email and phone call identifying the technicians that were coming to our home and that really made me feel safe! The salesperson was professional, organized and knowledgeable. The technicians were friendly and professional and had everything done in no time. I have already recommended energy air to others and will continue to do so!
we had to have the install inspected by Apopka. the inspector let us know the install was done by people that cared for their work
The whole team from Energy Air is Excellent. My hat off to the two gentleman who removed and replace our unit. They showed up on time and were extremely courteous and neat. After the installation they went over the whole unit and explained to us how to change the filter and make sure we clean out the drain once a month. We are very pleased and highly recommend Energy Air to anyone who is thinking about replacing their A/C. Thanks again for a job well done. Mr. & Mrs. Yanis.
