Everytime I walked in I felt so welcomed. I attended my first class tonight and yes, I felt akward, but Gabriela made it so fun that i soon forgot how strange I felt. Very clean, upbeat, and customized for ANY skill level!!! Highly recommended.

Fabulous staff. Great variety of classes. Daycare for the kids which is amazing for all the parents. I would recommend EnerG Fitness to anyone.
Just had my first cize class tonight and totally loved it! What a fun and awesome way to work out! Will definitely be back for more cize and some zumba too!
