RecommendedI was visiting Stony Lake (I’m from Illinois) last week and wanted to keep up my fitness routine. When I didn’t locate the gyms I belong to back home, I stumbled upon EnerG Fitness. I attended 2 drop in classes and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I hope to join again when in town. Thank you!
Fun classes with knowledgeable instructors. They do a great job of keeping the schedule fresh and ask for input from members. Class times work for most schedules and membership prices are affordable. EnerG Fitness, the staff and members make exercise fun, even at 5:30am. Highly recommend!
EnerG was my saving grace when I moved into the city. Gaby was SO welcoming and immediately created a space for me. She has carved a place within a community where everyone and anyone can come, gather, get fit and build incredible friendships in the process. The studio is impressive. I love the trainers and the friendliness of everyone in the classes. The workouts are challenging and fun! I would totally recommend.
I absolutely love EnerG! They provide a good mix of classes and the formats are always evolving and changing so you never get bored of the same class. The girls are so fun and helpful. There really is a good energy there, it’s what keeps me coming back!
The studio is clean, they always have everything you will need for any variety of classes they offer and the instructors are all so welcoming.

I have arthritis, compressed disks, and spurring in my lower back. the Saturday morning class is low impact with slow stretching that actually helps my back. Beautiful facility and genuinely nice instructors. Highly recommend.
