Just started classes here last week and cannot get enough. The instructors are EnerGetic and the classes are great. I really like the variety offered. Can't wait until my next scheduled class. WAY TO GO LADIES !!!
Tried yoga for the first time ever & loved it! Gaby is an awesome instructor and was so encouraging � I will definitely be going back for more classes!!
I can't say enough good things about EnerG! The instructors are amazing and very motivating! The facility and classes are awesome! I never thought I would be the fitness class type, but I am now. The main classes I go to are Barre and Piyo. I feel awesome (and sweaty) when I'm walking out of the building after a workout. I wish I could go every day!
I had a lot of fun and felt great afterward! I can't wait to go again!
We LOVE EnerG Fitness! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The yoga and dance classes for kids are amazing!
Went to a live class for the first time and loved it! I was so scared at first because I had never been to a live class and I was afraid people would be staring at me because I had never done P90x. But it was so much fun! Everyone makes you feel so welcome and encourages you to just do your best! I will definitely be coming back!
