You couldn't ask for a better experience! Just today, I picked up a road bike that I had custom built and I couldn't be more happy with the whole process. I have to say every time I've walked in the doors I have found friendly staff eager to help with whatever I needed.
In all the excitement of going out and riding my amazing new Specialized mountain bike, I forgot to give a shout out to the team at Endurance House. Customer service was outstanding. Special thanks to Jimmy Young for the knowledge and patience to get me on the right one.

Customer service is outstanding. The young man (Kyle) in the bike service department was so helpful and so pleasent to talk to. I still have a lot to learn about bike. Kyle made me feel comfortable with my questions and even went as far as to show me pictures of his bike. Mark you have a great business and wonderful employees.
