For the past two years I've been a customer. I discovered almost all of their employees are either current or former cyclist, runners, or tri-athletes. Some participate in all three. They compete and use the gear. Some may mistake their confidence and experience as condescension. That would be unfortunate. I will never go in that store again. Rudest people ever. Just looked at running shoes, the sales lady had the most condescending tone of voice. Literally was telling me what shoes I could and couldn’t look at. Really!!

5 stars! Great customer service. I was nervous at first because I thought it would be to expensive but my Topos were worth every penny! First time I have been 100% comfortable after walking Thanks! Will definitely be back!
Can’t say enough great things about this place! I was able to get my hands on a used bike recently and these guys bent over backwards to get my bike ready to ride during their busiest season right before hotter n hell, so I could also participate safely on the new bike! Diana and all the staff were awesome! No better place to take your bike in town!
