I'm riding back from Lake Wichita and realize my back tire is flat. The sun is setting and I call for a sag home when Mark from Endurance House rides up and offers to help. He changed my tube and aired it up and refused payment. That's what I call customer service! Thanks Mark and thank you Endurance House. By the way, they offer bike tire changing classes and group rides.
I would like to thank Ryan for his knowledge and time with analyzing my daughter’s running stride. He identified the issue and produced the right shoe to correct the problem immediately. In and out in no time flat with a new pair of Brooks Ravennas!! Love this place. The staff has always taken great care of me and have now continued their great service with my daughter.

If I ever have to get another bike it'll definitely be from the endurance house!!! I chose the 2018 specialized rockhopper. I can't wait to start putting miles on it
