Alicia did a great fitting and identified that I rolled my right foot inward. Gold me a great pair of shoes. I’m hoping they will help as I recover from plantar fasciitis.
Alicia was so helpful. She analyzed my gait, showed me how I tend to pronate on my right foot, and helped me find a great pair of running shoes. She made the entire process fun. I'd recommend her to everyone!

Very helpful and knowledgeable! I'm a newbie biker and they took time to explain things to me and put parts on my bike for me.
I guess standing with two different shoes in my hand, was not as important as talking about a bike "race". There was not a "hi", "give me a minute", nothing.
