My only complaint was that they failed to let the relatives waiting know what was going on when problems were encountered. My husband was in the back for over 2 hours because a previous procedure took hours. The patients waiting were informed of the delay but those in the waiting room were not. We were sure something serious was going on with our loved ones! It would have been a very simple, easy thing to make an announcement to those in the waiting area.
Was treated like a Celebrity !!! Awesome staff. Very professional team of people who made me feel very comfortable.
What a pain in the a$$. Lol
