the staff was great place was clean and the nurses took good care of me the doctor was friendly and explained everything that was going to happen.
The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Dr Finelli and his staff are the nicest, kindest people and all make you feel so comfortable that it makes the reason for being there totally bearable. A big thank you to you all especially Dr Finelli, Steve, Paul and all the prep and aftercare nurses who took such good care of me today.
I can't say enough about my experience here today. Dr. Scott Finelli, and his whole team were outstanding. Thank you so much for understanding that I was scared! You were all amazing!
Will NEVER go here again. Absolutely no privacy! They ask very personal questions and there are several other patients within a few feet of each other in a room. You are separated only by a hanging sheet so one can hear everything. They absolutely do not adhere to HIPPA laws. When I brought this issue to the manager I was treated in a very condescending manner and was basically told if I didn't like it then don't come back. I would NOT go anywhere else for my endoscopy or colonoscopy. I think Dr. Roger Orth is one of the finest Doctors anywhere, and I believe he is an amazing gastrointologist. He has been my physician for more than 15 years, and he is very diligent and patient conscious. I highly recommend the Endoscopy Center and Dr. Orth. His staff is personable, caring, intuitive, yet effective and efficient in all areas.
