Initially very leery re root canal. I can honestly say Dr Olsen could do every tooth in my mouth and I would have no concerns. He is gentle, concerned about your comfort and a very caring endodontist. Absolutely no discomfort during procedure and pain free when numbing agent wore off. Thank you so much Dr Olsen. You have restored my faith in dentistry.
I called on a Monday Morning while speaking to Dr. Olsen on a weekend about excruciating pain and his response is he couldn't do anything until Monday. Not even call this doctor or maybe this would help, etc. Then Monday Morning I left a message and got a call back from a lady who basically was short, rude and completely non compassionate. When I explained, I was surprised that they had no one to help in emergency type situations; her response was cold and demeaning. Dr. Olsen saw my mom regarding an area her dentist wanted looked at more closely. Dr. Olsen spent time explaining what the imaging showed and gave her options on how to proceed including the option to have her dentist continue to watch the area. You can tell Dr. Olsen enjoys patient education and never seemed rushed. All of the staff were friendly and checked in with us more than once to ask if we needed anything. We were also able to be seen within days of calling for an appointment. My mom was truly happy with her visit!
I went to Dr Olsen for a root canal. The office was beautiful, the receptionist impeccable. Dr Olsen did a fabulous job on my root canal. I was afraid to have it done but the experience was pain free and everyone who worked there was very pleasant. The price I was quoted remained the same despite severel visits. You get what you pay for and I would (and have) recommend Dr. Olsen and his staff to anyone!
