Dr. Chimelak saw me within two hours of my phone call. I am so grateful for this as my tooth was throbbing. My root canal was done in two trips and I could not ask for a better doctor or staff. Everything was explained in detail, I was kept comfortable, prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy before I had left the office, and the check-in/out process was stellar.
While no one likes to hear they need a root canal, Dr. Chimelak makes it as painless as possible! She has a very pleasant manner and explains each step as she is doing it which really helped me with my anxiety. The entire staff at Endodontics Associates are all excellent, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
