I was attracted to this office from the initial call I made to the office staff. The Admin staff member (Eliza) was so helpful and informative. She kindly answered all my concerns. When I had my appointment the rest of the staff were equally just as kind and made me feel so welcomed. Dr Young consultation was very thorough in explaining what my treatment would involve along with pointing out I appreciated that. He was gentle administering my treatment too. I was referred by my general dentist. Dr Young evaluated and gave a good explanation of the condition of my tooth and my options. The office staff and assistant were all very friendly and helped a lot to get me my reports in time.
Absolutely would recommend this office to anyone needing endodontic care! I was referred out by my general dentist for a root canal and they were absolutely amazing! The injection to get numbed up wasn’t even painful Dr. Young is so gentle with his hands. Very patient, kind and great at explaining what he’s doing as he’s going through the procedure. Dr. Young is an expert in his field! He was professional, friendly, informative and meticulous. Admittedly, I consider myself a high maintenance patient that needs quite a bit of reassurance, and Dr. Young and his office manager/dental assistant, Eliza, worked diligently to answer all of my questions and alleviate a lot of my anxiety and concerns. I recently went for a dental re-treatment and Dr.Sunny and Jennifer took good care during the entire 90-min procedure.. keeping me well informed all the way.. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure..
