UPDATE - I received a call from a wonderful woman named Kelly who was kind, compassionate, and helped me set up my appointment. Original Review - I have been trying to make an appointment since January through a referral that has been sent over and over (it is now October), I was told today on the phone that they “do not have time to review my paperwork” and they’ll call me when they do. Alison Quiring is an amazing doctor. She listens very well. After listening she provides her advice.
After waiting months just to be able to get ahold of someone to make an appointment, I was essentially tossed right in and out. Dr. Brunner initially made it seem as if he wanted to help me, but when I arrived for my second appointment, I was told I "probably had this or that", and that "I don't need to see him anymore and to see my PCP." He told me I probably have a chronic condition and then up and left within 5 minutes. I called three weeks in a row, left messages each time, finally spoke to someone who said they would call me the following week. No call. I understand they have many patients, but every patient deserves to be contacted when referred to this office.
Amazing people. Dr Fredericks always takes time to explain everything I need to know and also answers any questions that I have. Her staff is so kind and make me feel welcomed. Thank you all for such a great experience.
