Jefferson ENT is awful! One star is way too high. From phone reception and being rude and referring to repeatedly wrong extensions, to ignorant front desk and office staff eating and drinking, chewing on food while speaking to you at the front desk and giving wrong referrals or information, to doctors that dont get back to you, the are the absolute worst! Better care at anywhere then here. Seriously go anywhere but here. Not worth the aggravation.
My PCP is the bomb, but she's unavailable until 10/21. During her absence, I cannot get a prescription filled. The receptionist transfers me to Family Medicine who feeds me a hail of beans every time I call for an explanation. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. I do not understand why I cannot be assigned to another PCP in her absence. This is absurd and will someone PLEASE approve my meds in her absence asap? Thanks, and have a nice day!!
