I went to this practice earlier this year. I wasn’t a great experience. Dr. Ana lacked bedside manners and wasn’t helpful. It wasn’t until I mentioned to her that she wasn’t nice that when she went out and came back in that she seemed to have a better attitude. I do believe that she really didn’t want to service me . Her behavior and demeanor were very harsh. However, the lapcorp people were amazinngggg!!! I forgot her name, but she was a joy and made me feel comfortable. To her I say thank you.
I am honestly heartbroken. Don’t expect to get booked. I was referred here three months ago with a blood sugar problem, not feeling well of course. I called a few times asking if they received my referral and they said they couldn’t tell me because it takes 2 weeks for the doctor to even go through the referrals. I kept calling, even faxed the referral myself and had my office send the referral multiple times, and same thing. Eventually I just gave up. Nobody ever got back to me, my symptoms are far worse. They don't even consider your current state of health. I've seen 3 different doctors here and all have given me wrong information. I was in a wheelchair 9 months ago and am currently having a hard time getting back to normal. They all treated me like I was ignorant and like I was lying. These people are horrible. Please go somewhere else. They push unnecessary products and never listen to reason. If you don't care about your health and blindly follow doctors, you'll be okay. They do not look at or consider any history. They push products you don't need and never listen. If you do your own research, you'll hate this place. The front desk and assistants are amazing, but the doctors simply don't care. My latest Dr, (I've seen 3 different ones here) dresses like she's going to the club. High heels and chest out. Not professional at all.
Everytime I come, I have to get blood work. The ladies are so rude and act like they hate their jobs. It’s very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I seriously never want to come back. I’m over the rudeness
