I don't have a whole lot of experience with them but the little I had was sooo good. The front office truly listened to what I had to say and sent out a nurse who seemed to only care about my Mom getting better and then did everything she could to help her situation. Thank you so much.
I don't understand why the staff is always so angry. From the front desk staff openly discussing a problem patient and the notes they're putting on her account, to the phlebomtomist that are openly hostile and mean. I like my doctor, but I don't like coming here. I actually get nervous when I have an appt here.
Dr. Maria Suarez is a breath of fresh air. I didn’t feel like a number. I’m always nervous to see doctors but she put me at ease right from the start. She took her time to answer all my questions and explained her answers. She came up with a plan which I’m confident in. I highly recommend her.
GIving a 1-Star review because zero is not an option. Since Bev Everett retired the quality of service has become nonexistent, the front office staff has no interest in assisting the patient. Waiting for the doctor for over 50 minutes when the place is a ghost town and being told, "the doctor is very busy, you'll have to wait." The prescription refill process using the online portal is a joke, it takes days for the "nurse" to look at it and get something done. Quite possibly the most frustrating Dr.'s office experience I have ever had, and I didn't even get to see the Dr. I was scheduled with. Spent months going back and forth between them and my PCP to get labs sent over so I could get set up as a new patient. Waited 2 months for my new patient appointment just to be told my insurance wasn't accepted upon check-in. Mind you I triple checked that it was upon receiving the referral from my PCP.
