I've been a patient at the Stanford Endocrinologist office for my diabetes for a long time. I dropped off my Intermittent FMLA paperwork for the doctor to fill out for my diabetes condition. Sometimes times I have to call in sick due to my diabetes or my diabetes medication give me side effect stomach pain, dizziness low blood sugar.......
