Dr. Koch is the best! His staff is awesome as well.
I have never been treated so badly by a facility. I was refered to an endocrinologist by Duke Medicine. He told me I did not have an endocrine issue from a bad drug which was proven a week later. This was after sitting in his office for hours and multiple issues with the office manager and not getting paperwork correct. I will never set foot in this office again.
I have tried for two days to cancel an appointment and the phone rings and rings. I finally got a voice mail after the phone rang about twenty times. I don't know how this place stays in business. They need to hire a phone receptionist.
