The one star is for Dr. Mulinda himself for his upbeat personality but he did not do a great job explaining my condition in detail and rushed through my follow up visits. I found a new endocrinologist and will never be going back to this one. I had a major change in health that involved the health and safety of my unborn child and no matter how many times I called or showed up to the office they refused to let me talk to dr. As said before, front desk staff is “unfriendly” and extremely unprofessional. Spoke with the manager already and will be calling higher up. Great doctor, poor staff.
Front desk staff unfriendly. Wait times at appointments incredibly long. Doctors short on information
the wait time is extremely long..would recommend getting the earliest am appointment if possible..apparently they get backed up throughout the day. either they need to improve their scheduling..their patient over load or speed up the pace in the afternoons. Had 3pm appointment and still not seen doctor at 350..50 min wait so far which is ridiculous.
Dr Bailey is a great well manner and answers all your questions and tell you what's going on..Highly recommend him

I love Dr. Bailey but hate that I’m 20 minutes past my appt time and still haven’t seen him!
Dr. Bailey and Erin are wonderful. But their office staff and financial staff are SEVERELY lacking. I ran into financial issues after brain surgery and I communicated this to them. I was scheduled for a 3 month visit. Literally the day before my visit I got a letter (not a phone call from an actual live person) in the mail telling me they cancelled my appt because I couldn't pay.
