It's frustrating enough dealing with a disease that effects every aspect of your life. The last thing I want to have to worry about is being treated like a number & a nuisance by staff. This is the most impersonal doctors office I have ever been to and I dread my appointments. I have learned more about medical treatment for my thyroid using Google than this office.
I have been here twice and I'm amazed at how efficient they are. I got my ultrasound done, saw the doctor, and had my blood drawn and was out in 45 minutes. They answered all my questions and every staff person I was in contact with was friendly and pleasant. I have an hour drive to and from Roanoke, so it's nice to know when I have to come for a medical appt. I won't spend half my day for it. Thank you!
