My treatment by Professor Stranks has always been exceptional and the administration staff are excellent. Unlike another reviewer I don't try and self diagnose using Google and then claim to know more than a trained and experienced professional
I have had very positive experiences with two doctors at this clinic. Both of whom have been thorough caring and persistent in all interactions. I have found the reception staff courteous and organised. There may be long waiting times but this is beyond the control of clinic and relates to the systemic issue with the health system at large.
The specialist that I had make feel Like a waste of my time and money for the appointment. I don’t think she went to the root of my symptoms properly. I won’t recommend it. The receptionist at the desk was friendly tho.
Honestly, do not waste your time at this clinic. I’d give them MINUS zero stars if I could. Why? Endocrinologists [x2] Lack of attention to detail, lack of testing to get to bottom of case, not heard, gaslighting, condescending. When I asked for testing I received comments like “ what benefits would they be”, when I had out of range markers - they did nothing, I was also lied too, refused copies of blood tests etc. Reception desk is equally as bad and make every excuse to support their Drs.
