I’m disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding scheduling at this office. I scheduled my appointment months in advance and specifically requested to see the doctor rather than a PA. I was even offered a later appointment date to make sure I could be scheduled with the doctor, which I agreed to because seeing her was important to me. You're only as good as your weakest link. Here the weakest link is the front office and record keeping. Extremely difficult to get a call through and even harder to get them to upload records/results.
New patient. Dr Zakkar was wonderful. Very thorough and talked so I could understand everything. Appointment was on time.
First time patient. Great experience. Glad I chose this practice.
Not good with communication or patient follow-up. Went to see Dr. Lawrence, they randomly gave me a PA without notice, that's fine. PA says they want me on name brand version of my med, but every time I pick it up, they went between filling the generic and name brand, it was never the same even after sending a message specifically requesting name brand.
