As a new patient, you don’t see the doctor you are billed for, you see a PA. Also, the office has no voicemail and you can’t even send the doctor a message through mychart. The PA did not read my chart before she came in the room. She assumed I was there for something else because of my age, and initially dismissed my documented lab results because of my age as well. Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely the worst “doctors” office in existence. Constant problems with ordering prescriptions, medical supplies, insurance authorization/verification. DO NOT USE!
Al Kassab is a rude pill pusher and an arrogant individual. He threw me out of his office and ripped me up the prescription he wrote me because I said, I have to get back to work. Can you please manage your time better? He tried to push statins hard. I simply walked for 10 min after every meal and my A1C was 5.4. Best thing was for me to leave Kassab and find a different doctor.. I should say a qualified doctor…Kassab has a medical degree but in my opinion, he is a quack
I am horribly disappointed about how they take of patients. They took almost a month to respond to patient's inquiry about the result of blood test ince it was taken per Dr's order result even with no follow-up care instruction. Simply none follow-up! If it was a serious illness case, the one month absence of care could have caused a high life-threatening risk. SP
