I hestitated to leave a review, because I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I felt I needed to after today's visit. First, let me say, I really like Dr. Sundus and this is no reflection on her at all. She has shown me kindness and compassion and listened to me, and seems to want to help you, which in today's world, seems to be the exception for most Dr.s. I have not once had a good experience here. I come here to get blood drawn, i am one who will passout or faint after getting blood drawn. The most recent time about 6 months ago i came to get bloodwork done, i passed out and the front office ladies looks at me and says “ are you drunk”. Thats coming from a so called “doctor”. They should know from other people as well that certain people dont handle bloodwork or needles well. This was just such unnecessary comment that the office lady said and just rude. Unfortunately I will have to agree with others - the "service after sale" is lacking from this office. I was prescribed some medication and took 6 weeks to get a prior authorization filled out, and when it did occur, my pharmacy, and my insurance have no record of it. Since I can't take off whenever the wind blows, I'm faced with calling daily and leaving messages that never get returned.
Dr. Sundas, absolutely amazing! Incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I don't usually feel confident about many doctors, but she is definitely solid. Knows her stuff and is also kind and compassionate as well as personable. GREAT experience, AND I was able to get in to see her right away! The other endocrinologist had a 6 month wait time, like WHAT I can't wait that long and many people cannot. Sure they're busy, but there's a reason for that and they are good.
