I have to say I am so glad I had to CANCEL my pool from ENDLESS SPA. Not only did they have my deposit for over 6 months but when I called to have the pool delivered... Guess what it had not even been manufactured or ordered and they still wanted me to wait 4 weeks. Your customer service is appalling and without a doubt company does not respect their customers others. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO YOU. After months of shopping around I can finally say we are spa owners. The staff at Endless were amazing, made us feel relaxed, no pressure and helped us cater for all of our needs. We wanted this spa for not only relaxation and entertainment but also therapeutic purposes. They guided us through all the installation, permits and behind the scenes stuff with ease and no hassle, that was the part we thought would be a nightmare, but thanks to the team at Endless is was a breeze. Very friendly and helpful when we went to look at spas. There was some emails back in forth in the beginning however it's been a few weeks since anyone has returned my calls or emails. We really want a spa however will plan on going elsewhere.
The worst dealings I've ever had with a company. Reception was rude had the spa delivered and it didn't meet Australian standard so couldn't use it for awhile. I explained the importance of it coming out on time as I was going overseas. She blamed me for wanting to get it out the door as to why it didn't meet Australian standards. Once they fixed that now the gas unit isn't working. It's been two months. Spent $11,000 on the spa and it still doesn't work.
What they are doing for miracle for Monroe is incredible.. Keep up the great work guys
My husband and I recently bought an endless spa as a gift to ourselves for Christmas. The staff were fantastic at keeping us informed as to when the spa would be delivered and the whole process seemed to run smoothly. We are now enjoying our spa with family and friends!
*****APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE****** Unfortunately I cannot recommend Endless Spa. I had a spa delivered in the 2nd week of December and discovered it was installed incorrectly. I am still waiting for someone from Endless Spa to come anf fix it. They will not tell me when it will be fixed and I have to keep chasing them up. Their customer service is APPALLING!!!!
