RecommendedI can not thank Warren and Endless Spa’s enough for what they have done for me. I wanted a spa and I just thought I would go in, find the right one, pay for it and wait until it came from America. I waited about 4 months then decided to get the plans and permits done. Big mistake!!!! There were tree stumps and sewerage easements that couldn’t be built on. The permits were problematic and weren’t signed off so more plans had to be done!!! We purchased a 8 metre by 4 metre pool from endless pools and spas and from start to finish from Joel, Shane and team everything was always communicated with what was going on. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no major extra costs and any extras were clearly explained beforehand. Josh and Ian the installers were lovely deal with and so friendly. Stay away TERRIBLE service - wrong pump installed told them for months it wasn’t right finically fixed it though we wasted hundreds of dollars on chemicals trying to get the water right only to find out it was there fault all along!! No sorry no nothing- also The vacuum never worked after sending it back twice and after almost 12 month finally got it back. NOTHING but trouble with these guys- DONT BOTHER
