We have been very happy with our spa, quality customer service and the friendly staff who are professional yet with a personal touch. It has been a pleasure shopping for our spa in your showroom. We have been enjoying it immensely on these cold winter days/nights after a busy day at work.
The kids had been wanting a spa for a while, after we had one in a rental and now that i'm a home owner, a spa was on the shopping list. The customer service was excellent and the sales person Jacinta was really thorough and took the time to make sure I got the spa that was right for me. I really appreciated the follow up service call, once my spa was delivered and installed. Highly recommended - warm spa for cold nights and happy kids! Perfect!

Worst experience ever. Disgusting customer service. Will be going else where they obviously don't want my money.
We had the worst dealings with Endless. Our spa took twice the time to arrive than what they said which meant it was not delivered for our Christmas and New Year guests and then it was not fitted to salt function. A spa tradie had to install the salt unit in the new year. The delivery cost was $50 more than the quoted. Endless ignored our request for compensation or even an apology. Disgusted!
