Went in for a persistent headache and explained all of my symptoms. The PA (Jessica Sandstrom) quickly attributed it to TMJ after not even a minute of talking to me. I was disappointed that no neurological exam was performed before I was sent home. I understand not every headache requires imaging, but I expected a more thorough evaluation given my symptoms.Im also uninsuranced and I paid about $150 and left feeling like my concerns had not been adequately assessed. I’m very disappointed with how my recent appointment was handled. I arrived 9 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and was told at check-in that my appointment had to be moved to a later time because I was late. When I asked about the grace period, I was told it was 10 minutes. I explained that I had arrived within that 10-minute window, yet I was still told that nothing could be done. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. A lot of them seem to be a bit old, and I guess things can change, but I had a fine experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if need be.
Great experience. In and out. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were very friendly and efficient.
