I had came across Dr.Kara website when searching for infrared blue light therapy for pain injury. I was in a car auto accident and went to a different Chiropractor who didn't use infrared blue light therapy. My first appointment with her, I was so impressed with her. For years and years I've had a stiff neck. I've seen chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapists, naturopaths, massage therapists. I've done Pilates. We highly recommend going to Dr. Kara for joint/soft tissue healing. My teenage son went to see Dr. Kara in Jan this year for a strained tendon on his foot that had been bothering him for months. He had previously tried physical therapy, ice, a brace and rest but the pain did not get better. We heard about Dr. Kara using infrared light therapy to treat inflammation and decided to try it. Dr. Kara has been such a lifesaver for my overall health and wellness. My husband is going through cancer treatment, and the stress from it causes a lot of aches and pains to build up in various parts of my body (usually neck and shoulders).
