We had an excellent experience with End Of The Roll Langley from start to finish. When we first visited the store, Steve took the time to explain all of our options, from carpet choices to underlay, and helped us find the best solution for our home. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy. The installation was completed by another Steve, who was outstanding at his job. We bought 2 rolls of carpet. 1 to have installed on our stair and one to make into area rugs. Our area rugs were completed on time and look great. The carpet on the stairs was installed the following week with amazing service! We will recommend to our friends in future!
I would definitely not recommend this business to anybody. I was treated poorly by the sale staff and told I had signed something which I did not remember signing, nor was it ever produced. I will certainly never go back, nor will I recommend this business to anyone I know ..
