We had a wonderful experience with end of the roll. From start to finish. When we met the sales team, they were able to give me a ballpark estimate for my floors and stairs. When they did the exact quote it was pretty close to their estimate! So no surprises in price. They also were able to give us a good price for our vinyl plank flooring that was more affordable than other shops. Great place
Be careful of the Torleys, I purchased some Torley flooring, from End of Roll, London, Ontario. After flooring was installed it had been discovered that I have had two different floor finishes installed. Torley tells me it is an End of the Roll. And End of the Roll tells me it is a Torleys problem. Both companies have agreed there is a problem, but the problem is being bounced back and forth between them.
