RecommendedMy son and I stumbled upon this store shortly after landed at the airport from Connecticut. My son is moving down to Florida and has to furnish his WHOLE apartment..well, after spending 3 hours in the store and going back yesterday, he did it..I cannot day enough about this store and the selection and staff! John, my new BFF (lol), was so friendly and incredibly helpful. Wish I lived closer I would LOVE to work there!! You MUST check it out!

We have been shopping at Encore for a few things and believed there was a good relationship but we just have to say we are very disappointed today. We bought a desk set and had a hold on a shelf that matched placing a hold on it while awaiting pricing stating we would purchase and soon as it was priced. The shelf was sold with NO phone call even though there was a hold on it.
