I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE; The building is far from luxurious, the finishes are poor, if someone cooks or smokes my whole apartment stank and it was very difficult to get rid of that smell, the walls are as thin as paper. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE LEASING AGENTS WAS HORRIBLE: When I signed the lease I was supposed get credit back for the days I wasn’t living in the apartment, when I complained to the leasing agent Tenishea was very unprofessional, rude and gave me attitude. I like living on this property although parking is pricey. The property make an effort to offer resident events and to make improvements when requested. There are some things that could improve that I hope to see soon but overall this is a good property, management is very responsive and look forward to seeing improvements without cost increases!
Tenishea was great! She was very knowledgeable and very patient. She took the time to show the whole property and answered many of our questions that we had. The place was beautifully laid out and the apartments were amazing!! Definitely looking forward to working with Tenishea again soon and hopefully the Encore will become my new home!!
