My central air issue was handled professionally and in a timely fashion. Great job. My overall experience so far has been positive from management, front desk, maintenance and the garage staff.
My son and I did a tour of the property with Tenishea. She was kind, funny, knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions while showing us around. Moving from out of state is no easy task, especially with kids, but I appreciate the time she took with us. We’re hoping to make Encore and New Rochelle our new place to call home.
