My son and I did a tour of the property with Tenishea. She was kind, funny, knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions while showing us around. Moving from out of state is no easy task, especially with kids, but I appreciate the time she took with us. We’re hoping to make Encore and New Rochelle our new place to call home.

Nice, clean place to live in. Teneshea is amazing, and Jennifer from front desk is also amazing, friendly and attentive:). When I first sign my lease a year ago They said the building was supposed to have a pool… I am not sure what happened to that or haven't seen any updates on the pool. The gym Is alright, you can still get your workout done, a leg press machine would be great !!!! If you have any issues in your apartment and you submit a request they are quick to fix it, MAT is very helpful.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE; The building is far from luxurious, the finishes are poor, if someone cooks or smokes my whole apartment stank and it was very difficult to get rid of that smell, the walls are as thin as paper. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE LEASING AGENTS WAS HORRIBLE: When I signed the lease I was supposed get credit back for the days I wasn’t living in the apartment, when I complained to the leasing agent Tenishea was very unprofessional, rude and gave me attitude. I like living on this property although parking is pricey. The property make an effort to offer resident events and to make improvements when requested. There are some things that could improve that I hope to see soon but overall this is a good property, management is very responsive and look forward to seeing improvements without cost increases!
