worst property managers here and 333 they are not responsive at all. you have to call / email several times to get a response. Cushman & wakefield really dont care.
Chris was exceptional and very informative. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in giving me extra info.
Leasing nor maintenance will respond to you in a timely manner and by that mean that I have been complaining about the same maintenance issues since September and still have not had not resolved. Leasing office is aware of the on going issues and still has ignored me. The most recent communication was from them was reneging on promise to make my unit move-in ready as it was not upon move in and they still have not responded.
