I just entered my second year living at 325 Huguenot Street and I love everything about it. The amenities are fun, the people are welcoming and the maintenance team especially are always on top of their game. If for some reason I ever have an issue in my apartment or even a question in general they respond and handle the issue immediately. While I’m mindful we have also had issues throughout the entire building, it never seems to take them long to solve the issues. I was handled with patience and priority. I wish all the master bedrooms were the size of the unit I choose. I also wish the view was better as some have the water, the skyline, or a mural while others see train tracks and a cemetery. The buildings are beautiful. The staff is professional and friendly down to maintenance staff. Thank you MiKayla.
Courteous, did wonderful job!
Matt is super friendly and helpful , let us know some parts will be coming in for future repair on the window crank and was able to provide some paint for a few touch ups .
