As a Senior Living Developer/Designer, I used Encompass for draperies on two projects. They did not deliver on time. Drapes looked flimsy. Hung about 2" off the floor. As of right now, it is 2 months past their delivery date and I still am missing drapes. No customer service. So Beware. Price is not everything!
